You can prepare stuffed biscuits, crepes and cakes of all kinds. Preparing a nice tart is also a good idea. You will need a baking sheet with a diameter of 24 cm and also:
- 300 g of flour 00,
- 150 g of sugar,
- 1 egg and 1 egg yolk,
- 100 g butter,
- A teaspoon of baking powder,
- A pinch of salt,
- A jar of Alpenzu jam of your choice.
Put all the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the softened butter into small pieces and start kneading. When you get a grainy mixture, it will be time to create a bowl inside which you can insert the whole egg and the yolk. Knead until the mixture is soft. If it is too sticky, you can add a little flour. When the processing is finished, create a ball of dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it to rest in the fridge.
After about thirty minutes, take the dough back and set aside about a third. Roll out the dough directly on the baking paper, making a disc 3 or 4 mm thick and with a diameter of about 30 cm. Insert it together with the paper in the pan and cover the edges of the same with the dough. Use a fork to make holes in the disc, then spread Alpenzu jam on it.
Roll out the pastry that you have set aside to prepare the strips to put on the tart. Compose the cake and bake in a ventilated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. When the pastry on the surface is golden brown, then your tart will be ready!
