DF Gourmet sells and ships in Italy and European Union.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As required by art. 52 and following of the Consumer Code, dlgs. n. 206/2005, The private consumer has the right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the time of purchase in the event that:
- The products have remained sealed and unopened
- The products have been stored appropriately to avoid deterioration;
In case of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the goods received, without delay and within fourteen days from the date of communication.
Shipping costs in case of unconditional return are charged to the buyer.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
DAMAGED ORDER
If you have received an order damaged or with other storage problems, contact us immediately by phone or email. We will take immediate action to resolve the situation, proposing the best solution.
Shipments
- Shipping costs
Shipping costs are set at € 9.99 for orders up to € 119
Shipping will be free for orders over the figure of € 119, it will be free for all of Italy, including the Islands.
The costs shown are all inclusive of packaging.
For shipments within the European Union, the rates are variable in according to the country of destination and weight.
- Selected couriers
At DF-Gourmet we rely only on specialists in the sector because by selling high quality products we want the shipping and delivery service to be at the same height.
- With which couriers we ship your order
As mentioned earlier, we rely only on the best in the logistics industry: we work with FedEx, DHL and UPS so that we can guarantee you a truly excellent service.
- Preparation time of your order
Usually we prepare your order in the shortest possible time: if the order is placed by 12.00 we entrust the package to the courier on the same day.
Depending on the destination of the goods when delivery in 24 H is not possible, the orders taken in charge on Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid being stopped in the warehouses of the shipper during the weekend.
- Delivery time
Usually the delivery times by the courier are 24-48 H working.
- Northern Italy: in 24 working hours the delivery takes place door to door by the courier.
- Central Italy: much depends on the area, usually we can make you deliver in 24 working hours, except for some small villages where in case we ask only a pinch of patience if the delivery will take place in 48 working hours.
- Southern Italy and Islands: in 48-72 H working.
- European Union 48h to maximum 96h
- Do you want to ship to another address?
Absolutely no problem!!
When you fill out the shipping form on the cart page, just choose delivery to another address and we will fulfill all your requests.
- Do you need a certain time range for delivery?
In the shipping notes just write a time range in which you prefer delivery such as 11.00-13.00
- Are you not at home at the time of delivery ?
In this case the courier will leave you a warning card to make a second return with all the instructions to be able to reschedule it.
- Can I pick up my package at a courier support point?
Without any difficulty in receiving the tracking on your mailbox you can choose to stop your package at the point of the courier closest to you and then collect it when you are more comfortable.

- How we pack your orders
We pack your orders with care and attention.
All products are placed inside very resistant double wave cardboard boxes, in the best possible way to avoid accidental shocks and movements.
However, you can rest assured for any leaks or breakages of products during transport you can send us a photo on email info@df-gourmet.com or whatsapp to the number 375-6707954 and we will be happy to agree for any immediate solutions.
Payments
- Which credit cards do you accept?
- On our DF-Gourmet e-shop you can pay conveniently by using the credit card of the most reliable partners with circuit (Mastercard, Visa, Visa electron, American express)
- Through the use of PayPal for a quick, easy and reliable payment.
- With bank transfer in advance, at the time of conclusion of the order you will receive all the information with the IBAN bank details of our support bank, just enter in the reason for payment the order number that you will find in the attached document in the email that you have signed during registration. At the time of accounting for your transfer to ns. C/C we will ship.
- Cash on delivery (COST4 € VAT included) upon receipt of your package you can easily pay the courier in cash up to a maximum of € 999.99.
- Billing
Invoices following shipment will be regularly issued and sent to the Revenue Agency, from where you can regularly download them upon registration.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSERT AGURI TICKETS IN THE PACKAGE?
Of course you can insert inside the appropriate space an inscription of greetings, it will be our concern to print it on a card and insert it inside the gift box. (THIS SERVICE IS NOT YET AVAILABLE SOON WILL BE IMPLEMENTED)
- Is it possible to send the box directly to the birthday boy?
It will be enough at the time of entering the shipping data to check “Ship to a different address” and enter all the data of the receiving person, in this case in the notes it would be preferable to write Gift so that the order receipt will be sent only on your email box and not inserted inside the gift package.
