25.90 €It is a very sweet liqueur white wine made with 100% Zibibbo grapes. The vinification takes place with the collection in boxes of the grapes at the right stage of ripeness, a part of which is placed to dry on cane mats, processing of fresh and dried grapes.
Controlled fermentation of the must obtained. Addition of wine alcohol at the end of fermentation.
