Pesto Rossi is prepared with Basil PDO and Garlic of Vessalico by the Rossi company. It is considered by the magazine “Il Gambero Rosso” (June 2008) the best Pesto Genovese and is naturally produced in Italy. The traditional recipe, the one that can be tasted in the houses and in the best Genoese restaurants. The secret? Basil certainly, but also a lot of experience. A fresh pesto of excellent quality, as rarely happens to taste.
