The mottled lentils are very special, with a green color with blue-gray shades, with a characteristic thin skin and floury consistency, with a slightly peppery flavor.
The variety is native to Puy-en-Velay in the Haute-Loire in France, it has adapted very well to cultivation in the land of the farm.
