Mario Fongo’s hand-stretched 7-grain breadsticks are made with only a few selected ingredients:
Italian flour, rice Venere flour from the supply chain, 100% Italian evo oil, water, salt and yeast.
The leavened dough is stretched by hand, working them one by one, with a care that takes you back to other times.
The 7-grain breadstick is the result of a long study and an almost maniacal search for the best high quality basic products. The result is a breadstick with a perfect balance of taste and fragrance.
Rye, barley, oats, spelt, buckwheat, maize, rice, linseed, sunflower, millet and oat flakes make it a UNIQUE product!
Note: we do our utmost to protect the product with specially made packaging methods, but as it is very delicate it may arrive with some small cracks due solely to transport by the courier, nevertheless the quality will not suffer any alteration guaranteed !!

Alpenzu still makes its vol au vent in an artisanal way, these classic baskets of French origin have been exported to the traditional cuisine of Valle D’Aosta and Piedmont.
Small puff pastry baskets ready to be filled with Fontina d’alpeggio D.O.P. fondue or Toma di Gressoney cheese.
Just heat the fondue in a bain-marie, place it inside the vol au vent and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, take them out of the oven and enjoy them still hot.

The leavened dough has always been ironed by hand by working them one by one, with a care that brings back to other times.
A breadstick made to perfection fragrant and with an unbeatable crunchiness that lends itself to any combination.
Note: We do everything possible in the protective packaging using bubble wrap and shockproof sponges to avoid breakage during transport, given the delicacy of the product some breadsticks could slightly break but this does not affect the quality itself.
