Sommariva produces EVO Oil in the beautiful Ligurian Riviera in Albenga.
RUXIA is a high quality extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from local olive varieties: Taggiasche, Pignola, Merlina, Colombara, Leccina, Frantoiana.
In this blend, the olives are grown at an altitude of 400 m above sea level, which gives a fresh and tasty taste to the oil.
All these characteristics mean that in the throat “pinch” slightly because the olives used are slightly more unripe.

Arkè BIO extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality reported in the SlowFood guide produced with olives from native varieties: Moresca 100% In the area between San Cataldo, Pietraperzia and Barrafranca at an average altitude of 460m s.l.m.
They are harvested in the period between October and November and then pressed in the maximum 12 hours following the harvest.
The oil is cold extracted in a continuous cycle and then stored at a controlled temperature in the absence of oxygen in stainless steel silos.
