Terraliva produces organic extra virgin olive oil in Buccheri in the Syracuse countryside in Sicily at an altitude of around 700m from ancient, centuries-old olive trees grown on volcanic soil.
The olives of the Nocellara Etnea variety are harvested while still green and ahead of ripening, pressed immediately and the oil cold pressed and filtered. The result is an oil with a green colour of medium intensity.
Intense aromas with nuances of wild thistle and cut grass.
The taste is harmonious and well balanced with a prevalence of bitterness and spiciness, fundamental characteristics for a high quality evo oil.
Perfect with vegetable dishes, pulses, soups and meat.

Agraria Riva del Garda for the production of the multi-award-winning “46 Parallelo BIO” uses a blend of different organically grown varieties all in the Garda Trentino area, with the Casaliva variety being the most prevalent.
They are all harvested mainly by hand in advance of ripening and immediately taken to the oil mill for pressing so as not to lose the product’s health and sensory characteristics, in compliance with the ORGANIC regulations.
The colour is bright yellow with emerald green reflections, a pleasant aroma with hints of white fruit and herbaceous notes.

I&P‘s ‘Cru dei Cru’ var. Caninese is an evo oil obtained from the best crus of the Caninese variety only; the result is a unique blend.
It is cold pressed and filtered.
Every year I&P carefully selects the best different lots of the Caninese variety from among the various Crus, which, blended together, can obtain a blend with a distinct and very aromatic fragrance.
A full and intense bouquet reminiscent of freshly-cut firm and notes of aromatic herbs.
On tasting, a distinct herbaceous and artichoke note appears immediately, with a very pleasant lingering aftertaste of rocket on the finish.
