With her daughter’s recipe, Morgan has created Giada’s Giardiniera, a colourful and mouth-watering recipe, a true symphony of crunchy and colourful vegetables embraced by a delicate sweet and sour liquid that gives the giardiniera itself a real Gourmet touch!
One of its typical characteristics is due to the ripening of the vegetables, which takes place within the ripening liquid with its slightly savoury flavour and personality.
Finally, it is packaged by coating it with EVO oil and sunflower oil inside a Bormioli jar.

Morgan for this recipe created by his son has created Giovanni’s Giardiniera made from a mix of vegetables and fruit, a recipe that is nothing short of extravagant.
The recipe varies according to the seasonal products in which it is made. You can find Jerusalem artichokes, celeriac, trombetta peppers and gherkins in Autumn/Winter and green asparagus in Spring/Summer.
All mixed with the sweetness of fruit such as apples and pears km0 from Veneto.
After ripening in sweet and sour, everything is preserved in extra virgin olive and sunflower oil.
