It is produced exclusively with monovarietal grape variety in purity: the Schioppettino 100%. .
The age of the vines is quite advanced around 20 years, which manages to give character and particular olfactory notes to the grapes produced.

Les Cretes produces an excellent Nebbiolo that despite being a typically Piedmontese wine has always been cultivated in Valle D’Aosta where the inhabitants called Picotendro.
This vine is cultivated in the valley floor of glacial origin in the area of Issogne and Arnad.
Les Cretes decided to cultivate this vine thanks to the particular micro-climate very similar to that of the Langhe.
It is called Sommet because in French means top and is dedicated to the peaks that surround this vineyard.
As soon as it opens it gives hints of cherries and blackberries, tasting it you appreciate its flavor and elegance.
