It is produced exclusively with monovarietal grape variety in purity: the Schioppettino 100%. .
The age of the vines is quite advanced around 20 years, which manages to give character and particular olfactory notes to the grapes produced.
With an intense red color, it has a truly unique balance between acidity and tannin.

23.90 €Its name Fumin recalls the color of smoke because the berries being very dark are rich in pruina a natural substance that gives this particular color.
It risked extinction in the 70s when local vignerons decided to save it and continue production by becoming part of the D.Or.C Aosta Valley.
For the first time it was vinified in purity by Les Cretes in 1993 amazing everyone for its elegance and complexity.

It is made thanks to a skilful blend of red grapes.
Its characteristic name is given by the characteristic conformation of the soil composed mainly of sand.

Les Cretes Nebbiolo Sommet Aosta Valley D.O.P 2018
32.90 €Les Cretes produces an excellent Nebbiolo that despite being a typically Piedmontese wine has always been cultivated in Valle D’Aosta where the inhabitants called Picotendro.
This vine is cultivated in the valley floor of glacial origin in the area of Issogne and Arnad.
Les Cretes decided to cultivate this vine thanks to the particular micro-climate very similar to that of the Langhe.
It is called Sommet because in French means top and is dedicated to the peaks that surround this vineyard.
As soon as it opens it gives hints of cherries and blackberries, tasting it you appreciate its flavor and elegance.
