DF Gourmet sells and ships only in Italy.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As required by art. 52 and following of the Consumer Code, dlgs. n. 206/2005, The private consumer has the right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the time of purchase in the event that:
- The products have remained sealed and unopened
- The products have been stored appropriately to avoid deterioration;
In case of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the goods received, without delay and within fourteen days from the date of communication.
Shipping costs in case of unconditional return are charged to the buyer.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

- I received my damaged order, what can I do?
If you have received an order damaged or with other storage problems, contact us immediately by phone or email. We will take immediate action to resolve the situation, proposing the best solution.
Shipments
- How much do the shipping costs cost? Is there free shipping?
From 25/11/2021 to 31/12/2021 shipping costs are free with a minimum cost of 99 €.
At other times of the year.
For orders over 119 € shipping is free
For orders over € 70 shipping costs are € 5
For orders from up to € 69.99 shipping costs are € 10
- Which courier do you ship with?
We have chosen the best couriers, able to guarantee us a high quality of shipping and a unique attention.With them your products will arrive home safe and sound, you can rest assured
- How long does it take to ship?
The average delivery time is 1/3 working days 4/5 working days for the islands
- Can I deliver the products to another address, e.g. to make a gift?
Sure. This option is available at checkout. You can choose a shipping address different from that of the buyer.
