This family is Alpenzu that since 2001 has grown, using the help of the latest generation machinery, but maintaining its traditions as then.
In Arnad the spell takes place where the excellent raw materials are processed as per Aosta Valley tradition, creating products with a very special flavor.

Ingredients
Sunflower oil, mustard sauce (water, mustard seeds, brandy vinegar, spices, caramelized sugar syrup) 12%, pasteurized eggs 11%, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar from Valle d’Aosta 2%, sugar, salt, preservative: sorbic acid.
Product WITHOUT DYES. GLUTEN FREE product.
Storage and advice for use
Store the product in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2/+6° C and consume within 10 days.
The sauces are used to accompany the classics of our cuisine.
