Once it had found the world’s finest plantations and beans, it was able to achieve total control over the production chain and consequently absolute excellence.
In 1998, the first bar of the Amedei collection was born: the renowned Toscano Black 70, a perfectly balanced 70% extra dark blend with a unique aromatic profile!
2008 was the year of worldwide consecration when the Atelier received the first of a long series of awards, winning the most prestigious prizes awarded by the prestigious Academy in London.

The Maison controls the entire production chain by selecting only the most sought-after raw materials, working them with ancient methods to give life to creations of excellence made of a few simple ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, milk and selected fruit.
The craftsmanship of cacao processing is due to years of study and agronomic knowledge mixed with continuous experimentation.
Even today, thanks to craftsmanship, cocoa beans are transformed into true works of art.
