Outer chocolate: dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla. Cocoa min. 66%); milk chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa paste, vanilla. Cocoa min. 32%); white milk chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla. Cocoa min. 29%).
Ingredients: cane sugar, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, hazelnuts variety Tonda Gentile Trilobata, dextrose, inverted sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, coffee beans, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, distillates, ethyl alcohol, honey, puffed rice, anhydrous cow’s butter, natural flavourings, stabiliser sorbitol, acidifier citric acid and tartaric acid.
May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, milk.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, between 14° and 18°.

2008 was the year of worldwide consecration when the Atelier received the first of a long series of awards, winning the most prestigious prizes awarded by the prestigious Academy in London.

Research
The Maison controls the entire production chain by selecting only the most sought-after raw materials, processing them using ancient methods to give life to creations of excellence made from a few simple ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, milk and selected fruit.
Craftsmanship
The craftsmanship in cocoa processing is due to years of study and agronomic knowledge mixed with continuous experimentation.
Even today, thanks to craftsmanship, cocoa beans are transformed into true works of art.
