Color Scent and Flavor
All the above characteristics give the Champagne its characteristic light and bright yellow color that evokes the liveliness of the wine.
The nose is given off all the fragrances of white flowers, floral honey and citrus, elegantly leaving room for aromas of exotic fruit in the finish.
On the palate it leaves a sensation of amplitude and roundness giving a remarkable sensation of elegance to the palate.
Perrier Jouet
Founded in 1811 in Epernay, in the heart of Champagne, by the love between Pierre Nicolas Perrier and his wife Rose Adélaïde Jouët, the Maison has guarded and transmitted the secret of a unique style for 200 years.
A prestigious champagne of rare elegance, which every day continues to write its own history, bringing poetry and beauty into everyday life, the Maison Perrier-Jouët has had only 7 Chef de Caves in two centuries of history.
He has created and preserved the distinctive features of his style thanks to exceptional vineyards, among the best in the region (Aÿ, Mailly but above all Avize and Cramant).
All assembled in a single creative act, in which harmony, elegance, rarity and perfection agree.
The floral, refined and multifaceted cuvées of Perrier-Jouët exude an irresistible charm. Since its collaboration in 1902 with the Art Noveau artist Emile Gallé, the Maison Perrier-Jouët has been inspired by nature.
His philosophy is, and will always be, linked to the creation of unique works, destined to bring enchantment into everyday life.
