Source
Pederobba (Treviso) Veneto, Italy
Typology
High fermentation blonde beer produced with spelt and Italian hops
Bouquet and taste
As soon as it is uncorked, it releases its floral and tropical fruit scents, with a slight acidity, notes of hay with a slight citrus scent in the finish.
Refreshing with slightly acidulous notes thanks to the use of spices, in which malt and hops delicately release.
Easy to drink beer, with a medium body but more consistent than products in the same category.
Recommended pairings
Excellent to combine with pinzimonio.
Also perfect in combination with fish, white meat, fresh cheeses.
Try it as an accompaniment to dessert such as apple pies or margherita cake
Description 32 Via dei Birrai
32 Via dei Birrai is a microbrewery in Pederobba in the province of Treviso where it produces beers in limited quantities and with only excellent raw materials.
The watchwords are excellence, high quality, research and innovation.
The only highest quality hops are bought directly from Belgium and are certified GMO-free.
The beers are all unpasteurized at the end of the process to keep its characteristics intact, refermented in the bottle and unfiltered.
The bottle starts at 75 cl because a large bottle in a craft beer keeps intact all its aromatic bouquet.
