Ingredients
Rennet apple sauce: Rennet apples 67%, sugar, white wine, lemon juice, mustard, salt, cinnamon, white pepper, cloves. Sweet and sour currant sauce: Red currant 57%, sugar, Valle d’Aosta apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves.
Pear and mustard sauce: Pears 69%, sugar, mustard 1%. Pear sauce and Nebbiolo wine D.Or.P: Pears 60%, sugar, red wine “Valle d’Aosta D.Or.P. Nebbiolo” 14%, cinnamon, cloves.
Sweet and sour fig sauce: figs 56%, sugar, apple cider vinegar from Valle d’Aosta, mustard, salt.
Gratacul sauce scented with grappa: Gratacul (rose hips) 62%, sugar, grappa 4%, salt.
