In 2007, Giovanni Francalancia Vivanti Siebzehner bought the biscuit factory that had been producing Fortini biscuits since the early 1990s.
He devoted himself passionately to the production of the biscuits, creating a variety of flavours, some of which are still among the most popular today.
Today, the Fortini’s are once again family-run and have embarked on a new course halfway between manual production and modernity.
