Biscotti Fortini
In 2007, Giovanni Francalancia Vivanti Siebzehner bought the biscuit factory that had been producing Fortini biscuits since the early 1990s.
He devoted himself passionately to the production of the biscuits, creating a variety of flavours, some of which are still among the most popular today.
Today, the Fortini’s are once again family-run and have embarked on a new course halfway between manual production and modernity
