The PANATE’ is the name in Piedmontese dialect used to call the baker, Mario Fongo being still very attached to his origins decided to call his company with this dialectal name.
Its ancient history has always been based in Rocchetta Tanaro in the province of Asti since 1945.
Even today it spreads its products exclusively by hand, using only selected raw materials of high quality of Italian origin.
