Origin of honey
Mieli Thun is a small company located in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites in Vigo di Ton in the province of Trento.
The heirs of the famous beekeeper Andrea Paternoster, with a strong passion and dedication continue the activity started by their grandfather.
They themselves like to define themselves as nomadic beekeepers because to produce their tasty, high quality honey, they choose unspoilt locations rich in the most intense and fragrant monofloral inflorescences throughout the Italian peninsula, where they position their hives with their bees.
The result is surprising, their honey has such a silky, creamy texture that you will feel as if you are tasting the consistency of a custard.
So good that over time it has received many awards and praise from the most renowned chefs.
