Description Olio Arkè
Arkè is a young company with a new entrepreneurial project born in 2003, putting the completion of the entire supply chain of their high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil at the center of the project.
In Sicily in the province of Caltanissetta a few km from the Mediterranean Sea in a truly extraordinary territory open to the view expanses of cultivated land and olive groves of a thousand colors.
Arkè is rooted on about 150ha with 4500 plants controlling the entire chain from the tree to the final bottle.
It produces its award-winning Extra Virgin Oils in different batches with different soil conformations: clayey, sandy, reddish and calcareous.
For the production of their Extra Virgin olive oil are used only ancient varieties of olives typical of the territory grown at different altitudes such as Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, Biancolilla, Santagatese, Moresca, Tonda Iblea and Giarraffa.
