Potatoes, sunflower oil, sea salt, dehydrated and pulverised cod skin, freeze-dried tomato and dried oregano.
For its products, Patatas Nana uses only potatoes from the pristine Lècrin Valley in sunny Andalusia in southern Spain. It is here, surrounded by an enchanting landscape, that the Gourmet potatoes grow irrigated by the pristine water of the Rio Dùrcal.
Through a simple, artisanal process, two young men from Senigallia have managed to create a niche product of the highest quality from the simple simplicity of the potato without the addition of chemicals.
The potatoes are cut thinly and then cooked in sunflower oil at 165ºC. After a slow wait for drying, the potatoes are delicately salted by hand with high quality sea salt.
No gases or preservatives are used during bagging to keep all the flavour properties of the potato intact.
The result? An explosively tasty and genuine chip, a perfect product for the most discerning palate.
