Champagne produced in France in the Champagne-Ardenne region with the Champenoise method. in Italy it is called Classic Method with second fermentation in the bottle.
To express its best it undergoes an aging of 60 months on the lees (5 years).
Color Scent and Flavor
Over time this complex assembly has developed a richness and aromatic complexity of absolute, harmonious and balanced excellence.
The first hints that are felt on the palate are spring and immediately bring to mind the scent of thin white flowers such as hawthorn and plum blossoms.
On the palate after the first notes of white flowers it closes with a citrus explosion that leaves room for hints of candied citrus.

An important Campaign for special occasions, perfect to be associated with a refined dinner.
Really good with white fish, crustaceans and molluscs in a tray of sea crudité.
Of impact together with the Fresine di Gragnano with seafood.
It is advisable to let the Champagne breathe 15 to 30 minutes before serving at a temperature of 10-12 degrees centigrade.
It can also be left to rest in the cellar for 10 years to mature to obtain an even better product.
