Description Riserva San Massimo
The Brown Carnaroli Rice is grown in Lomellina, more precisely in Gropello Cairoli, within the San Massimo Reserve.
The Reserve covers more than 500 hectares and has been recognized as a Site of Community Interest for the specificity of the environment.
Marshes, wealth of water, biodiversity and richness of fauna water birds, fallow deer, roe deer and many others.
It is produced only from the original and ancient seed of the Carnaroli variety of these areas of Lombardy.
In short, making a rice of the highest quality is very complicated and tiring but the result is simply amazing.
