The Acquerello rice aged 1 year, owes its very high quality to a particular processing defined as a propeller.
The rice is inserted into a machine with a propeller where, thanks to a slight thermal shock, it is heated.
Following this shock the gem inside the grain is extracted and with another processing reinserted and “spread” over the grain.
To finish this work of art the rice is left in special silos to age for at least 1 YEAR up to 7 YEARS this technique is called AGING.
Directions for use
Watercolor rice lends itself to all preparations given its characteristic crunchiness.
So good that even boiled it will be amazing.
Recommended to create any type of risotto, you can give vent to the chef in you will surely come out a bomb.
